You Will Need Adobe/Acrobat Reader
All forms and applications on our site are in PDF format. You will need Adobe/Acrobat Reader to open, view and print the files you download from us. While it is very likely that your computer already has this useful and common program (or another program which will open the file, like Picture Viewer), if you cannot open the file once you've downloaded it, you will need to get Adobe/Acrobat Reader. Simply click on the links indicated for downloading our forms and applications. If you're asked to choose an application or program to open it, locate and choose Adobe/Acrobat Reader (or Adobe Acrobat). If you don't have it, you can download the application for free by clicking here.

To View Forms & Applications Once Downloaded
If the form or application you download opens in Acrobat Reader (it may open in another application, like Picture Viewer, which is fine; you may view and print from whatever application or program opens the file), from the Adobe/Acrobat Reader application menu choose View -> Actual Size (aka: print size), otherwise it won't look right (although it will print fine regardless of how you choose to view it), as Adobe/Acrobat Reader often opens files in "zoom mode," rather than in "actual size mode."
